Why not just use a digital color chart online?

Can you match very cool/ash or very warm shades?

What if the color is still slightly off when it arrives?
Small differences can happen due to lighting/hair history. In many cases, a stylist can do a minor toner adjustment for perfect blending (especially on dyed hair). We aim to prevent this by using video shade comparisons before production.
