Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

At Sach & Vogue Hair, every order is prepared with care, precision and professional quality control before shipment.

Because human hair extensions are hygiene-sensitive products and many orders are prepared according to selected colour, length, gram amount and product type, our exchange and return conditions must be clear before purchase.

Return & Exchange Period

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Uncoloured
  • Uncut
  • Unaltered in any way
  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • Returned with all hygiene seals and product labels intact

Opened, used, installed, washed, coloured, toned, cut or chemically treated hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made, made-to-order and personalised hair extensions are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or we have sent an incorrect item.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom colours
  • Custom colour blends
  • Custom lengths
  • Custom gram amounts
  • Special product combinations
  • Made-to-order tape-in hair extensions
  • Made-to-order keratin tip extensions
  • Made-to-order weft hair extensions
  • Made-to-order clip-in extensions
  • Made-to-order ponytails
  • Made-to-order women’s hair toppers

For hygiene and customization reasons, these products are prepared specifically for each customer and cannot be resold after dispatch.

Shade & Colour Matching

Hair colour may appear different under daylight, salon lighting, phone cameras and screen settings.

We always recommend checking the shade carefully before opening or using the product. Once the hair has been opened, installed, coloured, toned, cut, washed or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we have sent an incorrect item.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Sach & Vogue Hair is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

For international returns, the parcel must be clearly marked as:

RETURN – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE – NO DUTIES

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or return costs caused by incorrect declaration are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail after written approval from our team.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and returned to the customer.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Product details
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos or videos if the product is defective or incorrect

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Bank, card provider or payment processor timelines may vary.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible approved returns.

Incorrect or Defective Products

If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos.

If the issue is confirmed by our team, we will assist you with the correct solution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production or shipment has started.

Because many Sach & Vogue Hair products are prepared specifically for each order, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, the return policy above will apply.

Delivery Refusal or Failure to Receive

If a customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, fails to complete customs clearance, or does not collect the parcel, all shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees and related expenses may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Returns must only be sent after approval from our team.
